Grinding some Himalayan pink salt ready for use in some experimental bakes to see if I’ll need to alter quantities when replacing table for sea salt. Thanks to brother Clive for the tip on this product, I’ll leave you the reader to decide if it’s worth the effort, it certainly looks more appealing. :)
