Sunday brunch was a departure from the traditional bacon and eggs this week being inspired by Rachel Khoo to have a go at oeufs en cocotte (eggs in pots).  I don’t have a pic but they looked very like the photo above.

My variation was less crème fraîche and the addition of home made crispy bacon bits on top finished off with some dill and my home made fresh bread.  I haven’t tried the recipe linked to at The Tribune’s web site but it looks good :)
