My turn on Sunday so it’s @sainsburys breast of pheasant wrapped in cured bacon, pan fried for a minute then in the oven with a dollop of that raspberry jam for 4 minutes. Served with baby potatoes sautéed in the pheasant pan with onion and a finely chopped shallot, mange tout and mushrooms in butter and herbs.
