It's odd what the internet throws up...

Last week my ex wife Sal Taylor Kidd (nee Taylor) popped up whilst searching for tickets for Photo London; had my foot recovered Louise and I may well have inadvertently come face to face with her and her photography on the Nikon booth! I wonder if 30 years of 'water under the bridge' would have resulting in a smile after the initial shock of wrinkles and grey hair!
This week a search for someone in my professional past delivered a link to the January 2002 Virus Bulletin and an article on AVAR 2001 in Hong Kong during which I had a seat on the panel. Link here.
I also picked up an award from the Hong Kong Computer Society and of all things, from the Chinese Ministry for Information Security.
Amazing times and fading memories of her and the conference. Would it have been nice to reconnect? Was that Canon camera she bought in Melbourne the trigger for a career in photography? I'll never know.
