Gnip and XMPP

The guys as Gnip are killing off their XMPP feed. I can’t help but feel that this is more of an operational issue than a technology one. Framing your support for a service, with SLA’s and the setting of clear expectations on deliverables goes a way towards reducing inbound support issues.
